Ural tankers of the Central Military District will compete for the right to represent Russia in the world championship in Tank biathlon

The crews of the upgraded T-72B3 tanks of the Ural guards tank division of the Central Military District (CMD) will compete for the right to represent Russia at the international stage of the Games-2021 Tank Biathlon competition. All-army competitions will be held in May at the Chebarkul training ground in the Chelyabinsk region, following which the Russian team will be formed.

On the eve of the final relay race of the district competitions in Tank biathlon, in which, along with the Ural tankers, teams from the regions of the Volga region and Siberia took part. The crews competed in accurate shooting from the standard armament of the tank at targets at a distance of up to two thousand meters, as well as in overcoming a 15-kilometer route equipped with various obstacles, such as a slope, a fire strip, an anti-tank ditch, and a ford.
