RAISE Investissement on its Investment in Clinique des Champs-Elysées

Shearman & Sterling advised RAISE Investissement on its acquisition of a stake in Clinique des Champs-Elysées, an aesthetic medicine leader in France.

This structuring transaction for the group will enable it to meet its very strong growth challenges. Within this framework, the company decided to be associated with RAISE Investissement on its societal impact issues, which are essential to the development of its business.

The entrance of RAISE Investissement in its capital will facilitate support to this vision with the implementation of an ambitious ESG policy, while accompanying the structuring of the group to meet the solid market's growth. Clinique des Champs-Elysées will open several new centers in France in 2022 and aims to open around forty more in France and abroad in the coming years.

Clinique des Champs-Elysées is the leading group in aesthetic medicine in France. Founded in 1990 in Paris, the group is now expanding throughout France and internationally with the implementation of new establishments, in order to offer optimal expertise to an ever wider and more diversified patient base.

RAISE Investissement is a private equity firm developed within the RAISE Group, founded by Clara Gaymard and Gonzague de Blignières. With €510 million in capital, the fund supports growing and high-potential French small and medium-sized companies with revenues of between €30 million and €500 million by taking stakes of between €10 million and €50 million to support their development.
