The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in its letter dated 17 May 2022, which was received by Discovery World Corporation (DWC) via email on 19 May 2022, approved the application of DWC for exemptive relief from including the 1st Quarter numbers in its initial submission of the Definitive Information Statement.
