MLG still won’t demand Biden end border crisis

Ten governors just returned from a visit to the Rio Grande where they laid out simple policy changes President Biden could implement to solve the border crisis, yet Governor Lujan Grisham is nowhere in sight.

Lujan Grisham, who skipped a trip to visit the border while just miles away last month, refuses to deploy the National Guard, like the GOP govs of TX & AZ, to help solve the immigration, drug and crime crisis.

You would think coming up with ideas to secure the border would be right up Lujan Grisham's alley, considering she campaigned on the idea that "No one should get to do border security policy that doesn't live on the border." Although, that would take political courage.

"Republican governors continue to take action, while putting forward ideas to help secure the border, yet Governor Lujan Grisham refuses to recognize the crisis," said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. "Violent crime in Albuquerque is exploding and the flow of fentanyl across the southern border continues to kill New Mexicans, yet Michelle Lujan Grisham still won't demand Biden address the primary cause of so many of her state's deaths."
