Readers’ Choice at the IT-AWARDS 2021: adesso wins BigData-Insider Award 2021

adesso advises and supports leading companies across all sectors on a wide range of technologies in the fields of data strategy, data warehousing, data engineering, data science as well as AI and machine learning. It gauges the potential of the available data and helps to implement data and analytics projects.

The platinum IT award 2021 for Big Data Consulting coincides with another happy event at adesso. The IT service provider has just won its largest individual contract to date for its Data & Analytics portfolio. In the coming years, one of Germany's largest statutory health insurance companies plans to work with adesso to transform itself into a data-driven organisation that focuses systematically on customer interests using new, data-driven business models.

Today marked the seventh time the coveted IT awards established by Vogel IT-Medien were presented. This year saw the highest number of votes cast by readers - some 63,000 - since the awards were launched in 2015. The manufacturers and providers that entered the competition have now grown to encompass a total of eight subject-specific portals. The 430 entrants came from the areas of big data, blockchain technology, cloud computing, data centres, development, network infrastructure, IT security and storage.
