Norcross Board Vacancies

The city is now accepting applications for the Planning & Zoning Board, Downtown Development Authority, Norcross Public Arts Commission and Discovery Garden Park.

The Planning & Zoning Board makes recommendations to the City Council on rezoning applications, special use permits and changes to the city's Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance. They meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Please note, residency in Norcross is a requirement of this position.

The Downtown Development Authority is dedicated to the development, growth and preservation of business in Downtown Norcross and works to advance projects. They meet on the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.

The Norcross Public Arts Commission is responsible for cultivating a growing, creative arts community in Norcross and advising the city regarding arts and culture matters. They meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Discovery Garden Park Board aims to inspire lifelong curiosity, understanding andappreciation of nature through organic gardening, education and demonstration and to provide a place of beauty for Norcross residents and visitors.They meet on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
