PZR19-0004 is a Rezoning Request of Andrew Moiseev, MGA Architects, to rezone 1.8 acres of land from P Vehicular Parking to ERO Education Research-Office, property located at 24700 Northwestern Hwy, Sidwell Parcel 2426-101-007, on the north side of Northwestern Hwy Service Drive between Evergreen Road and Red River, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

10. PZTA19-0001 is a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield to regulate Sexually Oriented Businesses.

This text amendment specifically addresses definitions, prohibited conduct, prohibitions related to children and alcohol, licensing requirements, locations, hours of operation, area requirements, and any other requirements deemed necessary for the City of Southfield.

11. PZTA19-0002 is a Council-initiated Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield by amending Article 2 Definitions and Article 4 General Requirements, Article 9 Office-Service District, Article 10 ERO/ERO-M Education Research-Office District/Education Research-Office - Limited District, Article 18 General Business District, Article 19 I-L Light Industrial District, and Article 20 I-1 Industrial District, and other amendments as needed.

These text amendments specifically address adding regulations for Medical Marihuana Facilities (Growers, Processors, Secure Transporters, Safety Compliance Centers, and Provisioning Centers/Retail Establishments) in the City, and amending the Northland Overlay Development District regulations to allow for Medical Marihuana Facilities, and other revisions as may become necessary for the City of Southfield.
