Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan’s announcement

I'd like to apply to those citizens who have broken the law by building illegal constructions including commercial stalls in the area of Yerevan.
You know that we have always dismantled and will go on dismantling illegal constructions. During these activities the owners of the illegal constructions or their representatives ask us to let them dismantle the constructions by themselves.
In this regard I'd like to claim:
a) those who initiated the illegal constructions should have known from the very beginning that they were going to break the law, so, actually, they had the time to eliminate the illegality on their own.
b) take this announcement as one more warning. This way we give you another chance to dismantle illegal constructions as soon as possible. When relevant employees of the Municipality come to so it you won't be given any time.
Yerevan Municipality is decisive in its activities. We will consistently carry on dismantling all illegal constructions which are erected to the detriment of public interest.
