City of Valdosta Public Works Addresses Unforeseen Challenges Affecting Services

The City of Valdosta Public Works Department regrets to inform the public of unforeseen circumstances affecting our services. Currently, four of our essential Claw trucks are temporarily out of commission due to unforeseen mechanical issues. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we want to assure the community that we are actively addressing the situation.

The Claw trucks play a crucial role in our operations, facilitating efficient waste management and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our streets. Despite this setback, our dedicated team is working tirelessly around the clock to resolve the issues and restore full functionality to our fleet as soon as possible.
