Election of Director.
On August 31, 2021, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Encompass Health Corporation (the "Corporation"), unanimously approved, effective as of October 1, 2021, the appointment of Christopher R. Reidy as director. On October 21, 2021, the Board appointed Mr. Reidy to its Audit and Finance Committees.
