Leila Lance Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 2021, ­- Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Leila Lance has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the Consulting business, where she will play a key leadership role in the software & platform sector. She is based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Lance joins Korn Ferry from a business and technology consulting firm, where she focused on the technology and fintech industries. She has more than 25 years of consulting experience in business transformation, digital transformation, change leadership, organizational strategy, mergers & acquisitions and customer experience in addition to broad expertise across client service partnership, sales strategy, account management and practice building.

Lance holds a Master of Science in health education and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She is also a certified executive coach.
