Most Wanted. R-FTC and R-FSC screws for serial fixing of drywall in wood and steel

Wanted for the impressive work rapidity and durability. Distinctive features: fast and precise installation, exceptional sharpness and excellent compatibility with the R-PDS18 screwdriver equipped with an automatic feeder.

Both our R-FTC screws (with coarse thread for fixing drywall to wood structures) and R-FSC screws (with fine thread for fixing drywall to metal structures) are manufactured from surface-hardened low-carbon steel (C-1022) in a phosphate or zinc-coated finish. Their drilling capacity (in both substrates) is better than the DIN standard requirement: they are so fast due to the very sharp tip, the precisely shaped threads and the head geometry. Flush mounting with the drywall surface is obtained thanks to the PH2 bugle screw head with a recalibrated shape that works perfectly with the depth stop in the screwdriver magazine.

We provide both screw types on a blue RAWLPLUG strip with optimised dimensions, made from dedicated plastic. It ensures proper screw positioning, stability and repeatability, as it is adjusted to the diameter of our screws and to the head sizes. This has translated into minimising the risk of the screw jamming or skipping when being fed into the screwdriver. Most importantly, however, this system of serial fixing reduces installation time very substantially, resulting in quantifiable savings!

R-FTC and R-FSC simply can't wait to work with the R-PDS18, a screwdriver from the Rawlplug PowerTools 18V family, making the power tool equipped with an automatic feeder for the collated strip screws even more efficient and effective.

We offer the R-FTC and R-FSC in collated strips (50 screws on each strip) packaged into cardboard boxes, each containing 1,000 pieces of the product.
