The Austin Police Department is investigating the May 22^nd fatality crash that occurred in the 7300 block of McNeil Dr.
At approximately 8:40 p.m., officers responded to a crash where a pedestrian was struck by a Chevrolet Impala.
The driver of the Chevrolet Impala, Adrian Thomas, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
