Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 16 September 2021 by KMC Properties ASA ('Company') announcing the successful completion of a private placement of new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of NOK 300 million (the 'Private Placement'), and that the Company is considering to conduct a subsequent offering of up to 1,875,000 new shares with non-tradable subscription rights directed towards eligible shareholders.
