Telephone payment downtime - 10 August

Due to a system upgrade, we will be unable to take card payments over the phone during the day of 10 August 2022.

Our other automated payment channels, automated touchtone and online payments are unaffected and are available for use during this period.

If you have an urgent payment which is due to be paid to us by 10 August, please try to do so by 9 August instead. Payments will be able to be taken by phone again from 11 August.

Leisure and Registrars services will not be affected by this upgrade and will be able to take payments as usual.
