Hermès Int’l v Rothschild Wins Impact Cases of the Year from Managing IP Awards Americas

Hermès Int'l v Rothschild (SD NY 2023) received the award for "Impact Cases of the Year" at the Managing IP Awards Americas on April 25, 2024, in New York City. CIO Katherine Lowry; Partners Oren Warshavsky, Gerald Ferguson and Christina Moser; Of Counsel Heather McDonald; and Associates Lisa Gehman and Francesco Rogo. They were joined by Gail Wheeler and Léna Stourme, general counsel and junior counsel for Hermès of Paris, respectively.

Since 2006, the Managing IP Awards have recognized remarkable IP achievements and developments and have covered several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions. The focus is on work done or concluded in the previous year, particularly cases that were of great significance to client and/or IP law and practice.
