BTI: Wilson Elser among “Best of the Best” in Cultivating Women’s Highest Job Satisfaction

In a follow-up to its Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022 report, which named Wilson Elser among the Best of the Best in activities that associates value most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms, BTI expanded on women associates' ratings. According to the survey, women associates want to see robust women's initiatives, more commitment, greater resources and forward-looking guidance.

The women associates ranked only 122 law firms for cultivating their highest levels of job satisfaction. Wilson Elser was named in the Best of the Best in this category for several key attributes, including

• Committing to helping women associates in their careers (Wilson Elser among the nine Best firms)
• Taking specific actions to help women develop a career path (Wilson Elser among the seven Best firms)
• Providing women associates with access to the training they need to do their job well (Wilson Elser among the 11 best firms)
• Providing exceptionally strong mentoring (Wilson Elser among the seven Best firms)
• Paying women associates "extremely well" (Wilson Elser among the 13 best firms)
• Having at least one partner invested in each woman's success (Wilson Elser among the 13 best firms)

The BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022 is a first-of-its-kind report based on a large-scale independent survey with more than 4,000 responses.
