The City of Cheyenne Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 3, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in Room 118 of the Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming to consider the following items:

REQUEST: UDC-19-00643. Legacy Custom Homes, LLC intends to complete a Final Plat, a replat of Lot 14, Block 5, Homestead Addition, First Filing Replat, Cheyenne, Wyoming, to be known as Willow Heights, for residential development.
