The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ continues its partnership with Edifia Groupe Immobilier

Lévis, July 19, 2022 - The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ is once again teaming up with Edifia Groupe Immobilier, this time on a rental development dubbed HUMA II, located steps from Carrefour Saint-Romuald in Lévis. CONCREA is managing the construction of the building on Courchevel Street, which once completed will feature 132 residential units, a party room, coworking space, a lounge, a gym and a yoga room. Work has already begun, with completion slated for summer 2023.
