To commemorate the signing of the first $1B+ deal in the crypto sector - Galaxy Digital's $1.2 billion acquisition of BitGo - Davis Polk issued its first-ever non-fungible token (NFT) deal toy. Financial Institutions Group partner Jai Massari, who provided crypto regulatory advice on the deal and created the NFT, spoke with The Deal about the innovative project.
