911 REVOLVE - WINNER TEXPROCESS INNOVATION AWARD 2024

At this year's Texprocess in Frankfurt / Main (April 23 - 26), we will be presenting our world premiere and thus directly winning the Texprocess Innovation Award 2024: the CNC sewing unit 911Revolve with rotating sewing mechanism. This innovative technology enables perfect seam quality in all directions and opens up new design possibilities for a wide range of medium-weight applications.

Maximum precision and unlimited rotation for perfect seams

The 911Revolve sets new standards in CNC sewing machine technology. The unique rotation mechanism in the sewing head makes it possible to create visually perfect decorative seams that are difficult to achieve with conventional systems. The system is therefore ideal for use in the automotive industry (e.g. seats, interiors & airbags), the manufacture of high-quality leather goods and the production of products made from technical textiles.

Compact design and high efficiency

The rotation mechanism of the 911Revolve is compactly installed in the sewing head, which means that the system starts with a sewing field size of 300 x 200 mm and only requires a small footprint. By avoiding empty runs during sewing and reducing cycle times, the 911Revolve also saves energy and resources.

Sustainable production and cutting-edge technology

911Revolve can help companies to make their production more sustainable. Reducing the number of machines and avoiding empty runs leads to lower energy consumption and more efficient use of resources.

Market launch and Texprocess Innovation Award

The official product launch of the 911Revolve will take place at this year's Texprocess in Frankfurt / Main. The delivery of machines from series production is planned for September 2024.

To this end, the innovative technology of the 911Revolve was directly honored with the Texprocess Innovation Award 2024 in the category "Innovation for Quality Improvement".
