New Deputy Director, Application Services Division, Joining TTB!

We are pleased to announce that Kevin Bianchi joined TTB on January 16 as the new Deputy Director, Application Services Division in the Office of Permitting and Taxation.

Kevin most recently worked at the Department of Defense, where he served as the Finance Director for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) office in Rome, NY. In his tenure, he developed new process improvements, developed data strategy, and implemented automation initiatives that significantly improved productivity, auditability, and customer service. He comes to TTB with over 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of collaborating with all levels of the organization to maximize potential and ensure each team is positioned for sustainable success. Kevin earned his B.A. from Malone University and his M.B.A. from Liberty University.

TTB Trade Practice Investigations into Sponsorship Results in $305,000 Offer in Compromise

As a result of an investigation into sponsorship agreements that allegedly resulted in the unlawful exclusion of their competitors' products, TTB has accepted a $305,000 Offer in Compromise (OIC) from Fifth Generation, Inc. of Austin, Texas.
