As the bond holders of EVA Airways 5th Domestic Unsecured Convertible
Bond requested for conversion, the outstanding shares of the Company had
changed. The Chairman adjusted the ratios of cash dividend according to the
authorization of the Company's Board Meeting on March 14, 2022.
