Job Opportunity: Municipal Services Specialist - Facilities Maintenance Division

Duties for this position include:

• Perform a full range of facilities operation and maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and adjustments on HVAC, lighting/electrical and plumbing systems, and equipment.
• Respond to service calls and manage service call tracking information
• Develop and manage facilities related projects
• Maintain grounds and adjust and repair irrigation systems
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among building tenants

This position is covered in the Teamster bargaining unit and incumbents must live within a 30 minute drive of their regularly assigned work site.

The proposed work schedule for this position is: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
