Advisory: Adams Hosts Childhood Vaccination Clinic
CHARLOTTE- On Saturday, December 4 at 8:00 AM ET, the Office of Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12) will host a childhood vaccination event at Winterfield Elementary School in Charlotte. Novant Health will hold a vaccination clinic on campus during this time that is open to the public

WHEN: Saturday, December 4, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NOON ET
Children age 5 to 11 should sign up here.
Individuals age 12 and up should sign up here.
