University of Kentucky Student Center Achieves Certificate of Occupancy

Turner Construction Company is pleased to share that the University of Kentucky Student Center has achieved its certificate of occupancy from the State of Kentucky several months ahead of schedule.

Despite the difficult weather this winter, the team collaborated with the Architect, Engineers, Owner, Maintenance Department, Building Management team, and Aramark, to complete the space on time and ahead of schedule.

'This has been such a rewarding project, to deliver on our promise to the client during trying times,' said Turner's Project Manager, Ben Noble. 'It has created such a positive and collective team atmosphere from the owner to our trade partners.'
