Eversheds Sutherland Poland advises Airbridge Equity Partners on its investment in Survicate

Amsterdam-based investment firm Airbridge Equity Partners has acquired a minority stake in Survicate, one of the world's leading software companies in customer survey feedback tools. The investment agreement was signed on 20 July 2021.

The Airbridge Equity Partners fund was advised by M&A/VC lawyers of Eversheds Sutherland Poland consisting of Kamil Ciodyk (Associate, M&A) and Katarzyna Adamczyk (Lawyer, M&A). The team was supported by Martyna Gałdecka (Associate, Commercial), Paweł Lasota (Senior Associate, Employment) and Magdalena Zgłobica (Lawyer, Employment).
