Uniontown, PA - Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that portions of the following roadways are currently closed due to flooding:

Westmoreland County

  • Route 1007 (Ross Mountain Park Road) between Mountain View Road in Fairfield Township and Shrum Hill Road in Saint Clair Township.
  • Route 1016 (West Market Street/Bairdstown Road) between Route 1027 (Derry Lane) and the Indiana County line/Conemaugh River.

Motorists should never drive through flooded roadways, as it takes just two feet of fast-moving water to float a car.
