R3 (Strong) HF Radio Blackouts Observed 08 May

Both Regions 3663 and 3664 have produced X1 level flares as of early 08 May (UTC). The latest, pictured here, comes from Region 3664. This event also resulted in certain radio sweeps indicating a coronal mass ejection likely took place which is also supported by GOES-16 SUVI 195 angstroms imagery that depicts field line movement and dimming around 3664.
