- Drexel field hockey alum Allyson Fuller
was named to the U.S. Women's National Indoor Team that will travel to Sveti Ivan Zelina, Croatia to compete in the Croatia Cup from December 30 to January 7. Fuller played 65 games for Drexel from 2011-14 including 58 in her sophomore, junior and senior campaigns. During that time, she helped the team win its first conference championship in the CAA in the program's history back in 2012. The strong defender and Harrisburg native was a four-time NFHCA All-Academic Team member for the Dragons. She also recently finished her second season as an assistant field hockey coach at Villanova University. The Croatia Cup will mark the first international contest for US since the Indoor Hockey World Cup in Berlin, Germany in February 2018. US finished 10th in the squad's first-ever appearance at the event and currently are ranked No. 12 in the FIH Hero World Rankings.
