ESG Manager

With operations in 13 European countries, Catella is now looking for an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Manager. You will serve a key role in achieving our goals which will include creating and executing a ESG strategy, establishing ESG data and content collection and validation processes for various stakeholder groups. The job is full time and located at our head office in Stockholm.

This is a new role at Catella and you will have the opportunity to shape it as you see fit based on the challenges and needs you identify. You will report to our Head of Investor Relations and Group Communications, meaning you will have access to everyone in the organisation and their competences to drive the ESG strategic plan and implementation throughout Catella.As ESG Manager will you:

• Together with the Steering Committee, set Catella's overall ESG strategic plan creation & implementation across the firm
• Create roadmaps of how to reach the ESG goals together with relevant stakeholders
• Serve as subject matter expert in ESG reporting for the firm.
• Manage governance systems & corporate governance compliance.
• Develop and implement firm-wide plan for collecting, storing, validating and distributing ESG/UNPRI data and content for reporting and responding to requests from key stakeholders
• Maintain awareness of global ESG trends and tools, metrics and KPIs, and share updates and implications with ESG Steering committee and Steering group
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to keep firm-wide plan updated and active
• You will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations and Group Communications.

Experience and Qualifications

• A passion for Environmental, Social & Governance questions
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in ESG work
• Minimum 7 years' experience of similar work, preferably within the Real Estate/fund business
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks within multiple teams with the right kind of support
• Fluent in English
• Great skills in MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point
