5.Cause of occurrence: As of February 28, 2021, the outstanding GDRs issued by the Company, 
  listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and trading on the London Stock Exchange, were 5,856 units
  (representing 58,559 common shares). In order to reduce the related management costs, the Board of
   Directors resolved to terminate the GDR program and to delist from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
