Sunrise Communications Ltd and UPC Switzerland LLC are being legally merged into «Sunrise UPC LLC».

Following the delisting of Sunrise Communications Group AG shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange on 6 April 2021, the next step in the integration process is the formal legal merger of the previously independent legal entities into a joint company, creating the merged company «Sunrise UPC LLC».

From 1 May 2021, the new legal company name will be used in the official corporate correspondence. This will not change anything for customers or products and offers. The «Sunrise» and «UPC» brands will continue to exist for the time being.
