Enhanced Online Banking Experience
Exciting news! On October 24, we will upgrade your Online Banking experience. The new online banking system will have an updated look and feel along with some new features to improve your overall online experience.
The updated design will make it easier and more convenient for you to manage your accounts online. Here are a few changes you will notice right away:
- New landing page called OVERVIEW
- Personalization options with widgets
- New features providing faster access to current information
- Outside Accounts Favorites and Account Groups
Your Access ID or Passcode will remain the same.
Below is a list of features to enhance your online banking experience.
Overview Page
Previously labeled the HOME page this is now titled the OVERVIEW page. It's your new landing page and provides you access to additional new features such as widgets and QuickView.
QuickView Drawer
On the Overview page simply mouse over an account line. On the right side you will see an icon you can click and expand the drawer down. This allows you to see the most recent five transactions in the last five days on both Chelsea State Bank accounts and Outside accounts also!
Widgets
On the Overview page you can hide and change the order of several widgets to see the data and information you want to see each time you log in.
Accounts Page
Just a few changes to this page which shows your primary balances at the top and MORE DETAILS on your account by clicking the link under the account number on the left side.
Services and Settings
We've simplified getting to all the additional services and settings. Simply click the gear icon at the top of any page and you will see all those options.
Contact Us
Need to contact Chelsea State Bank quickly? Simply click the phone icon at the top of any page and get our contact information from anywhere during your Online Banking session.
Please note that Digital Banking will be unavailable from 1:00-5:00am on Sunday, October 24. Once the upgrade is complete, you can login with your current Access ID and Passcode to start enjoying your new features and the enhanced experience!
