Due to delays in the receipt and compilation of certain financial information, Wytec International, Inc. (the "Registrant") is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the six months ended June 30, 2022 (the "Form 10-Q") by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant intends to file such report no later than five days after its original due date.
