Hourly Minimum Wage Increasing to $15.85 on Jan 1, 2022

Starting January 1, 2022, the hourly minimum wage in Santa Rosa will increase to $15.85 for all employees working within the city limits. The increase represents the second of its kind following City Council approval of a local minimum wage ordinance in 2020.

Santa Rosa's hourly minimum wage applies to all businesses within city limits, regardless of size, and has the potential to increase annually based on the Bay Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W).
