Superintendent Message: 2021-22 Selection Form Announcement (7.7.21)

Good evening. This is Walter Davis, Superintendent of Woodridge Local Schools with a special message for district families. This afternoon, letters were dropped at the post office for mailing to all district parents. The letter explains the instructional options that we are providing for the 2021 - 2022 school year. We are excited to welcome students back to school at all levels - in person - five days a week for this new school year. While masks will not be required, we will continue to be mindful of health protocols in school maintaining 3-foot physical distancing and proper hand hygiene during the school day.

Recognizing that there still may be those who are not ready for a full return to school, we will once again offer Option B - the Woodridge Virtual Academy for students K-12.

Like last year, the letter you will receive includes the selection form. There are three ways to turn the form in. You can fill it out and mail it back to us, you can call the district office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to share your selections or you can fill out the selection form online by accessing it online at woodridge.k12.oh.us/select . Either way, we need to hear from you by July 26th.

We are busy preparing for a great new school year. We are anxious to welcome everyone back, for sure. But for now, I hope you will focus on making the most of the summer break. We will see you in August!

Walter C. Davis

Superintendent
