46,000 sq ft of office deals agreed at Harbour Exchange in London’s Docklands

The University of Sunderland has taken 9,559 sq ft (888 sq m) of space on the 3rd floor, HX4, with the Ocean Media Group and Wanyoo Esports taking 5,967 sq ft (554 sq m) and 3,018 sq ft (280 sq m) respectively on the 6th and 9th floors, HX1.

In addition, ChinaTelecom have signed a 15 year lease on a further 19,087 sq ft (1,773 sq m) on the 11th floor, HX1&2, while JTC Group have signed for 8,040 sq ft (747 sq m) on the 16th floor, HX1.

A further 18,000 sq ft (1,656 sq m) is currently under-offer in Harbour Exchange across two units with active negotiations on a further 50,000 sq ft (4,600 sq m).

This recent spate of transactions to a diverse range of companies, demonstrates that well-designed, well-connected office space continues to be in demand in London as more organisations commit to a return to the office in some form."

Harbour Exchange comprises nine separate office buildings across a nine acre private campus within Zone 2, linked to the West End and City with the Jubilee Line, the Dockland Light Railway and the soon to be opened Elizabeth Line.
