The tennis courts at Canyon View are complete; however, there will be warranty work completed next month that will cause minimal interruption.

Completion of the expansion project will require the following court closures:

• Thursday, May 2 four pickleball and the one tennis court at Pine Ridge Park will close
  • Courts reopen on Saturday, May 4
• Saturday, May 4 pickleball courts 1-8 at Lincoln Park will close
• Monday, May 6 remaining 12 pickleball courts at Lincoln Park will close
  • All Lincoln Park courts will remain closed until Monday, May 27

This final phase of the project will include new court surfacing, completion of fence work, and other final details that are needed to fully complete the expansion project.

The Tennis and Pickleball expansion project included construction of four new tennis courts at Canyon View Park, which were opened to the public this spring, and the expansion of the Lincoln Park courts to provide a 20 court pickleball complex.

The tennis and pickleball expansion project is one of the priorities outlined in the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Master Plan for the Parks and Recreation system.
