Public warning on http://www.argon-financial.com/ and https://platform.argon-financial.com/login (suspected clone of GFSC authorised firm)

The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission ("GFSC") is issuing a public warning regarding previously used websites http://www.argon-financial.com/and https://platform.argon-financial.com/login.

Fraudsters have recently been using details of a GFSC authorised firm and purporting to be a French branch. The firm have confirmed that they do not have a branch in France.

These clone websites used the logo and address of the genuine GFSC authorised firm, Argon Financial. The clone also used the genuine UK branch address and FCA reference number on the documents they provide to consumers. This appears to be a 'clone company' as they purport to offer investment and savings products to consumers via email and telephone using the genuine firm details.
