Webinar to launch the Central Bank of Malta Annual Report 2020
The Central Bank of Malta has launched its Annual Report 2020 during a webinar held on Tuesday, 13 April 2021. The event was addressed by Governor Edward Scicluna, Deputy Governors Alexander Demarco and Oliver Bonello, and Chief Economist Aaron Grech.
The main findings of the report, including the financial statements, an analysis of economic and financial developments in Malta and abroad, and a review of the Bank's policies and operations were announced. The event was very well attended by officials from credit institutions, diplomats, stockbrokers, economists, social partners and other socio-economic operators. The launch was moderated by Keith Demicoli and included a Q&A session for the participants and journalists. The entire event can be watched below.
