"Building on a more than 20-year relationship with the Federal Highway Administration and complementing Stantec's strategic focus on US Federal program growth, we look forward to applying our deep roadway and bridge expertise in the mission to maintain and update our nation's infrastructure," said Mike Retton, senior principal with Stantec. "Working with our joint venture partners, our team is well positioned to support EFLHD's construction projects across the region."

"Volkert is very pleased to continue serving the EFLHD in another arena, in addition to our Nationwide Bridge Inspection Services IDIQ, with construction managers and inspectors from throughout our footprint," Volkert's president, Thomas Hand, said.

"JMT is excited to work with our joint venture partners to bring the combined technical strengths and depth to this opportunity to partner with FHWA - Eastern Federal Lands in support of ensuring the natural treasures within our Federal Lands can be enjoyed by all," added Dave Coyne, JMT senior vice president.
