KKR Completes Add-On Acquisition of Grupo Implika

Paul, Weiss advised KKR's Global Impact Fund in the add-on acquisition of Grupo Implika, a Spanish online and blended vocational training company focused on the employability of students, by KKR portfolio company MasterD, a leading education company based in Spain. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction follows the add-acquisition of Medac by MasterD in September 2021, on which Paul, Weiss also advised. MasterD's addition of Grupo Implika represents KKR's latest impact investment and strengthens MasterD's position as a leading education company.
