AUDIO NEWS RELEASE: Warning current for abnormally high tides for Tas

Bureau of Meteorology Meteorologist, Deb Tabor, discusses:

- A Severe Weather Warning is current for Abnormally High Tides.

- High tides reported overnight Friday with around 1.9 metres reached at Battery Point and Spring Bay.

- Tides will likely be slightly higher tonight and again Sunday.

- Tasmania will also experience strong winds, rainfall and snow to 400 metres across the weekend.

- Reminder to monitor any severe weather warnings.
