TO THE ATTENTION OF SHAREHOLDERS OF 'ERDENES SOLUTIONS' JSC

A company listed on the MSE shall comply obligated to simultaneously and equally disseminate which may affect the price of securities, give the advantage to participate in securities trading and undisclosed information to other investors according to Article 20.1.9 of the "Law on Securities Market" and Article 4.2.7.4 of the "Listing Agreement" of "Listing regulation appendix" of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

According to this law and regulation, we announce the sale of common shares of "Mungun Mori Construction" LLC based on decision No. 10/2021 of the Board of Directors of "Erdenes Solutions" JSC dated November 08, 2021.
