Communications Position Open

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry is seeking a full-time Public Engagement Specialist. This is an unclassified position in state government, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The State of Oklahoma offers a comprehensive Benefits Package, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents. The annual salary for this position is commensurate with experience. This position will remain open until filled. This position will report directly to the Chief of Communications and will work closely with the ODAFF Executive Office. This position will focus on promoting ODAFF's brand through social media outlets and marketing efforts and assisting with the planning and execution of special events for the purpose of public outreach and the promotion of ODAFF's priorities.
