Applications for Math Corps at UToledo Summer Camp 2024 Open

The Math Corps at UToledo Summer Camp is a free program for middle school students and high school mentors from under-served communities in the Toledo area, and will run from Monday, June 10, to Wednesday, July 3.

Applications for college and high school students to apply to as paid instructors are open until Friday, May 31. The camp starts on Monday, June 10, and meets daily until Wednesday, July 3.

Each day middle school students will receive instruction from University faculty and enjoy a variety of learning activities led by the college and high school students. The high school teaching assistants serve as natural role models for the middle school students and engage in their own learning of both fundamental and advanced mathematics.

The event is open to incoming 7th through 9th graders. Incoming 10th and 11th graders also can apply to be teaching assistants.
