Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP, part of the world's largest law firm, Dentons, is pleased to announce that Debby Lim has joined the Firm as a partner as part of its Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group.
Debby's multidisciplinary experience includes advising an array of stakeholders in both out-of-court restructurings and formal insolvencies, including public-listed companies, private equity companies, white knight investors, bank and non-bank creditors, trustees, and insolvency practitioners. She is particularly experienced in the technology, media and telecommunications, infrastructure, and maritime sectors. Her practice also includes commercial and insolvency-related litigation.
