On April 22, 2024, Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced the departure of Craig Felenstein, Chief Financial Officer for the Company, effective May 31, 2024, who is pursuing a non-competitive opportunity. The Company is conducting a search for Mr. Felenstein's successor and will work closely with Mr. Felenstein to ensure a smooth transition. The Company is stronger thanks to Mr. Felenstein for his contributions during his tenure with the Company, and the Company wishes him well in his future endeavors.
