Savills London Development Land team walk marathon to raise funds for British-Ukrainian Aid

The marathon route began at 7am from Savills head office in Margaret Street, Oxford Circus and saw the team go on to visit eight of Savills residential offices across London including: St John's Wood, Hampstead, Islington, Hackney Wick, Canary Wharf, Westminster, Chelsea and Sloane Street.

The team were joined on the first leg by Richard Rees, managing director of Savills UK, Patrick Eve, head of regional development at Savills and Rory Brooke, head of Savills Economics.

Darren Arnold, Savills London Development Land director comments, "It was great to take on a challenge to raise funds for the crisis in Ukraine, as well as getting to visit Savills colleagues across London."

Tim Whitmey, Savills Central London Residential Development director adds "The walk took us 11 hours and was completed by 13 team members. We originally set a target of £25,000 and are thrilled to have already reached that, we have now raised our fundraising goal to £30,000."

So far, over £28,000 has been raised for the British-Ukrainian Aid, a charity supporting those suffering from the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
